I feel evidence would get more use if there were UI to show when the evidence was edited.

Before it is implemented, would there need to be a graphical change to all the UI's or character sprites already made in the game to facilitate this? Like, the text could just be the text box, yes, but what about the evidence piece, how would that be added, would it be hard-coded or edited by theme, and what about themes that were made pre-evidence update?
