Are we splitting events into a module?(Probably a good idea)
If so how do we handle ModuleEnableEvent?

No events are not modules. We can have an event module that manages and
fires them though.

Lol thats what I meant. But how can we fire ModuleEnableEvent if the event
Module is a module on it's own?
