The product overview and supporting shell surfaces used fictional projects, activity, metrics, and sample startup-style content. There were also unused demo/shell components left in the codebase.

- product looks less production-ready
- users see fabricated state instead of their real workspace
- dead code increases maintenance surface area
Acceptance Criteria
- overview/dashboard surfaces are driven by real workspace state or honest empty states
- fake projects, fake activity, and fabricated metrics are removed
- starter canvas/template language avoids fake business data
- unused demo or disconnected shell components are removed
