Make onecli CLI available for installing (and updating) via homebrew

Some people (like me) don't find it particularly fun to pipe random shell scripts off the internet to sh for installation.

Another problem with that is there is no way of updating an entire system without remembering all these one-liners and running them regularly.

Making the onecli CLI available to install with brew install onecli-cli for example would be very welcome!

@StianOvrevage 100% agree, this has been on our list. plan is a homebrew tap so brew install onecli and brew upgrade both work cleanly.

if you want to take a crack at the formula PR we’d happily review, otherwise we’ll get to it soon. either way, thanks for opening this.
