script improvements

• add a message in deploy step indicating that it takes some time
• redirect output for installation of YAML compiler (pip)
• pre_deploy exit status 2 should be wrapped
• simple_intaller on CM should indicate that it can take a few minutes
• indicate logs are stored in /var/log/simple in usage and maybe in the exit code statement for every command
• wrap bolt commands
