I installed stacksync-server_0.6.13_all.deb on Ubuntu 16.04. There were no installation errors. The /var/log folder, stacksync-server.err stacksync-server.out files have been created and empty. But the stacksync-server service has not been created. The /etc/init.d/stacksync-serve script is also not there.
