Follow-up to #84: the v4.2.3 release failed the
check-version.shgate because the SDK Cargo.toml core deps, node package.json optionalDependencies, the python bootstrap__version__, and the node package-lock files were still at 4.2.2. Bumped all to 4.2.3 —check-version.shnow reports 'release versions are consistent at 4.2.3'. Unblocks the v4.2.3 publish.
