I build software that ships. My work sits at the intersection of product thinking and engineering. I care about why something is being built as much as how. Currently focused on AI-integrated systems and mobile development, with a parallel interest in product management and how good software decisions get made.

AIDEN — Agentic Crisis Response Orchestrator Kotlin Jetpack Compose Gemini AI Firebase

Three-agent Android app built for the Google Antigravity Hackathon 2026. Sentinel detects and classifies disaster reports from natural language input (English + Roman Urdu), Planner generates prioritized response checklists, Executor simulates outcomes. Includes full architecture documentation: MASTER_PLAN.md, API_REFERENCE.md, SETUP_GUIDE.md.

QuickDine AI — Restaurant Pre-order Platform  ·  Live React 18 Gemini 2.5 Flash Firebase Tailwind CSS v4

Full-stack AI dine-in platform built for the Google Gen AI Academy APAC Meet the Builders campaign. Gemini 2.5 Flash pipeline injects user taste profile context into every recommendation query. Includes a real-time Kanban ops board for kitchen managers and a floating AI chat assistant. Live in production.

DreamTrip — AI Travel Companion  ·  Devpost React Material UI FastAPI Google Gemini ElevenLabs

Built the complete frontend at HackUPC 2026 in Barcelona — Europe's largest in-person hackathon — as the sole frontend developer on a 4-person team assembled onsite. Delivered a working demo to judges in 36 hours: emotional search, ranked destination cards, voice narration playback, full REST API integration with a FastAPI + Gemini backend.

Socially — Android Social App Kotlin XML Firebase SQLite Espresso

Feature-complete social networking app: posts, stories, likes, comments, real-time messaging, push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging. Pixel-perfect XML UI with RecyclerView and CardView. REST APIs tested with Postman. Espresso UI test coverage on critical flows.

IntraMap — Indoor Navigation Platform  ·  Live JavaScript Fabric.js Cloudflare Workers PWA

Web app for building admins to create interactive floor plans with a drag-and-drop canvas editor, multi-floor support, and cloud save via Cloudflare Workers + KV. Mobile-first visitor viewer with QR code sharing and offline PWA support.

ClassroomSync Tasks — Chrome Extension JavaScript ES Modules Manifest V3 Google Classroom API Google Tasks API

Chrome extension that converts Google Classroom announcements into Google Tasks with extracted due dates and priority levels. Regex-based NLP for date extraction. Auto-sync on configurable intervals. Fully local, no external servers.

CipherStack — Visual Cascade Encryption Builder  ·  Live Vanilla HTML5 CSS3 Grid JavaScript ES6+

Zero-dependency browser tool for chaining Caesar, XOR, and Vigenere ciphers into a visual encryption pipeline with intermediate output display and guaranteed round-trip correctness. Built in 1.5 hours for VyroThon 2026 at NSTP.

LinkedIn Messaging Redesign — Product & UX Case Study Figma UX Research Wireframing

Redesigned LinkedIn's desktop messaging interface into a high-fidelity full-screen layout focused on readability, accessibility, and multitasking. Applied user research and wireframing principles throughout.

Connect — Event Discovery Android App Kotlin XML SQLite Firebase

Android app connecting students with event organizers: event listings, search, registration workflows, and an offline-first SQLite architecture with Firebase cloud sync. Built in a 3-member team.

GitLite — Version Control System C++

Custom VCS implementing core Git functionality: branching logic, commit history, diff tracking. Built to apply data structures concepts in a real system design context.

Top Trainee — Ai DataYard (July–August 2025) Recognized out of 12 participants in a 7-week applied data analytics and product marketing program. Delivered the PakHandy capstone project. LinkedIn content reached 13,972 impressions.

Section Leader — Stanford Code in Place (April–June 2025) Selected to teach Python to 10-12 global learners via weekly Zoom sessions. Designed visual presentations to simplify CS concepts. Gathered iterative feedback via Google Forms.

Hosting & Operations — FAST Software Engineering Society (August 2024–2025) Managed TEDxFAST (Feb 2026), the FAST-NUCES Job Fair (May 2026, 200+ companies), and the Welcome Party for the Class of 2024 (300+ attendees).

Product Management Intern (Simulation) — Electronic Arts (Forage, July 2025) Defined KPIs for an RPG mobile game product strategy. Built a data-driven pitch presentation around product-market fit and user retention.

Project Management Intern (Simulation) — Siemens Mobility (Forage, July 2025) Developed strategic KPIs and dashboard reporting for a rail infrastructure project. Communicated progress and risks to stakeholders using Excel and data visualization.
