• When you haven’t initiated any support, or have not any tickets with the status “In progress”, a view asking youn “Which project do you need support with?” appears. Make sure that the body text below this header, have a 14 px font size. Make the background/Backdrop white (FFFFFF).
• Do not show any projects in the list bellow the search field, before the person has written at least three letters, numbers or digits. Show all relevant searches in the list below, after writing at least three letters, numbers or digits.

Update the 'Which project do you need support with?' chooser view in the user support chat page: set its body text to 14px, make the page background white (#FFFFFF), and only show the project search results once the user has typed at least three alphanumeric characters.
