AI-native control-plane infrastructure, validation workflows, and autonomous systems research.
G2 Dynamics is an independent AI-native systems lab building pilot-grade infrastructure for autonomous and semi-autonomous workflows.
The current focus is Black Box Lab: a private research and validation environment for coordinating tools, agents, execution systems, research workflows, audit records, and report generation.
The lab is currently in a Pilot Hardening / Validation Operations phase.
That means the priority is not simply building systems that work. The priority is making those systems:
- traceable
- repeatable
- auditable
- reportable
- safe to operate
- ready to support real pilots
The control plane is the operational nucleus of the lab. It coordinates workflow dispatch, tool access, operator actions, run records, audit trails, and cross-system execution.
Current build target:
Control Plane Workflow Ledger + Skill Runner v0
The goal is for every meaningful workflow — queue, dispatch, report, commit packet, validation run, or system action — to receive a traceable run ID and produce a durable workflow record.
G2D is being built as a validation lab for autonomous and AI-assisted systems.
The core operating principle:
If a workflow matters, it should leave evidence.
Evidence may include:
- decision records
- workflow run records
- tool calls
- dispatch logs
- report artifacts
- validation bundles
- operator notes
- system outputs
- commit packets
This turns the lab from a collection of working tools into a repeatable operating environment.
G2D systems are organized around named components and operating roles.
Current active or relevant systems include:
- Control Plane — workflow nucleus, operator interface, dispatch coordination, and audit routing
- Donna — report-shaped agent and audit/report lane
- Crystal — deterministic execution and safety-bounded quant infrastructure
- Quartz — working simulation, backtesting, and workflow validation system
- Atlas — infrastructure and workflow support layer
- Orion — research-cluster direction and deeper research workflow layer
- Hermes — mutation and modification cluster for system evolution workflows
Some public repositories reflect older lineage, forks, experiments, or supporting infrastructure. The public GitHub is a partial surface of an active private R&D environment.
Current hardening sequence:
- Add decision ledger and workflow run records.
- Add Donna input/report lane.
- Add operator skills around existing tools.
- Add Atlas/Orion workflow-specific skills.
- Add validation bundles by workflow type.
- Only then consider deeper Crystal access.
The priority is not adding unnecessary complexity.
The priority is making existing systems more reliable, observable, and pilot-ready.
