* Add `DiscardEmptyTasksButton` — a More Actions menu item on the `ehr.tasks` grid, gated on `EHRDataAdminPermission`. * Add an `EHRController` endpoint that deletes the selected `ehr.tasks` rows after verifying none have referencing rows in `study.studydata`.
