What:
Hoisted a loop-invariant condition (transitions == null) out of an internal loop iterating over the alphabetArray within the splitGroup method of Minimizer.java. When transitions is null, the target array is populated directly using Arrays.fill(targets, -1), bypassing the iteration entirely.

Why:
To eliminate repeated and redundant null checks inside a hot loop during the minimization phase of DFA processing.

Impact:
Improves execution speed of the splitGroup processing algorithm and decreases the time taken to iterate. Although a micro-optimization, it provides a localized performance boost during the creation of minimal DFAs with no regressions.

Measurement:
Run mvn test -Dmaven.compiler.source=21 -Dmaven.compiler.target=21 -Dmaven.compiler.release=21 to verify that all functional correctness remains intact. Profile execution of DFA minimization over a large number of states to observe the time delta in the splitGroup operations.

Hoisted the `transitions == null` check out of the loop over `alphabetArray` in `Minimizer.java` by using `Arrays.fill(targets, -1)` when `transitions == null`. This micro-optimization prevents repeated null checks inside the loop and improves execution speed when building minimal DFA.
