Publish OpenMemory UI/export product recheck

Summary

• add the XY-987 OpenMemory UI/export product-readback recheck snapshot and evidence report
• preserve mem0 SDK get_all as separate SDK evidence, not OpenMemory UI/export evidence
• document that the fresh product recheck remains blocked by Docker access to a running OpenMemory product container
