Adds .local/ and .worktrees/ so per-task working memory and worktrees never get committed in this repo.
The draft reused the date-filter screenshot but never covered the 'Use project time zone in date filter inputs' project setting, and overclaimed that absolute filters behave the same for every viewer. That is false for time-of-day inputs until the toggle is on.

Project timezone does not control delivery send-time (links to the delivery default-timezone setting). Embed timezone is a direct iframe/URL ?timezone= param (not the React SDK) on embedded dashboards, per GLITCH-488.
