Converting the WTR-LAB plugin to use PagePlugin pagination. This significantly speeds up the initial Table of Contents loading for long novels by splitting chapters into batches of 250 (fetched on demand).
Additionally, this fixes a bug in wtrlab chapter count parsing by extracting chapterCount from NEXT_DATA json instead of matching against body divs.
