#50) Reviewed and applied dependabot's five action bumps in one commit: - actions/checkout v4 -> v7 - docker/setup-qemu-action v3 -> v4 - docker/setup-buildx-action v3 -> v4 - docker/login-action v3 -> v4 - docker/bake-action v6 -> v7 All are safe for our usage (the only breaking theme is the Node 24 default runtime, fine on ubuntu-latest). bake-action v7 keeps source/files/targets/ push/pull and we use `source:` (not the removed `workdir`). One adjustment beyond the raw bumps: `install` was removed from setup-buildx-action v4, and we passed `install: true`. We don't need it (bake-action drives buildx directly), so it's dropped along with the unused `id: buildx`. Supersedes #44, #45, #46, #47, #48.
