tries to achieve the same goal of #216 : allowing non fhs systems to declare system include paths.
by making additional system headers a slice the output of
std.zig.LibCDirs.detectcan be passed to translate-c.this is needed because translate-c only uses
std.zig.LibCDirs.detecton non-linux systems or when cross-compiling.this would be hugely appreciated<3
