Update Confidential screenshots for redesigned settings UI#18

The Confidential APIs settings panel was redesigned: the locked state is now a compact row with an Upgrade button (was a gradient card with a Max plan badge), the unlocked note reads "Permanent once enabled", and the active state shows a green panel with an On toggle (no Active badge or "locked on" card).
